What this website collects
This website has no accounts, no login and no database. What you type into the booking form stays in your own browser — it is put into the web address of the results page so the page can work out your distance, and it is never sent to a server of ours.
What you send us
When you tap Book Now, your browser opens WhatsApp with the booking written out. Nothing is sent until you press send. From that point we hold what you sent: your name as it appears on WhatsApp, your phone number and the trip or rental details.
What we collect for a rental
To rent a vehicle we collect and process customer information, documents, photographs, vehicle-condition records, booking information and payment information, for: booking and rental management, customer verification, vehicle handover and return, payment processing, security and fraud prevention, insurance and legal requirements, customer support and business records.
Vehicle tracking
Our vehicles may use GPS/tracking technology for safety, security and operational purposes during the rental period.
How we use it
Only to arrange, deliver and settle your rental, and to meet insurance and legal obligations. We do not sell your details. We share them only with our own staff and drivers, insurers where a claim requires it, and authorities where the law requires it.
Third parties
- WhatsApp (Meta) — carries the message you choose to send, under their own privacy policy.
- Google Maps — the map on our Contact page is embedded from Google and loads only on that page.
- OpenStreetMap, Photon and OSRM — used to work out a road distance when your destination is not one of our listed routes. Only the place names you typed are sent, never your identity.
Keeping it
Rental records, handover photographs and messages are kept for as long as we need them for our records, insurance and any dispute about a rental. Ask us and we will tell you what we hold.
