How A Quote Is Worked Out
1. Trip distance
The road distance from your pickup to your drop. For popular routes we already hold the real distance; for anything else it is looked up live.
2. The vehicle
Sedan, SUV, premium SUV or executive — each has its own rate, and with-driver trips are planned on a 12-hour duty day.
3. The written quote
One WhatsApp message carries the whole trip; we reply with the fare, the extras (toll, parking, taxes) and the driver.

On the road distance, the vehicle and the trip type — a round trip counts the distance both ways, and with-driver bookings are calculated on a maximum 12-hour duty day unless agreed otherwise. Toll, parking, state/border taxes and GST are stated separately. Send the trip on WhatsApp and we reply with the exact figure.
Is there a night charge or a driver allowance?
Minimum running, driver allowance, night charges, toll, parking and state/border taxes are communicated at the time of booking — before you confirm, never afterwards.
How is a self-drive car priced?
Hourly, daily or as a package, with a km limit and a refundable security deposit. The rate depends on the vehicle and the season, so ask for your dates and we quote them.
Do I pay in advance?
A booking amount may be taken to hold a vehicle, and self-drive rentals carry a security deposit. Both are explained in writing when we confirm.
